Spoiled in Córdoba!
After a 2 hour train from Cádiz we arrived in Córdoba and spent time wandering around areas we didn't see last time. Next day we hooked up with our friends Vicky, Adrián, and Lola. It was a great evening catching up while eating on a rooftop patio. We then headed to Vicky and Adrian's place for Gin & Tonics (Spain's go to cocktail) which resulted in another classic Córdoba 3 am night.

Hola!...where's Lola?
The following afternoon we were spoiled with an amazing and I mean a truly amazing lunch at Adrián and Vicky's restaurant Regadera. What a mind blowing experience of delicious fresh local yumminess! Thank you soooo much Adrián, you're an unbelievable chef. If you're ever in Córdoba don't miss out. http://regadera.es
Adrián Caballero building a masterpiece (our lunch)
Warm asparagus salad with Iberian ham, mayonnaise foam, lime, and sesame vinaigrette
Wild sea bass ceviche with red onion, cucumber, lime, and coriander
Butterfish with teriyaki, black garlic, baby lettuce, and apple kimchi
Red tuna tartare and avocado with sesame, ponzu, and wasabi emulsion
This dessert needs a bit of an explanation. That's a lemon sugar mold we tapped and broke through to get to the ice cream, foam, and cream. Sugoi Adrián!
